All orders are shipped via DHL, USPS, or FedEx, unless otherwise specified.
Please provide a valid physical address.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

The Herbal Vibe proudly ships worldwide.
However, we are not responsible for:

Customs restrictions

Customs clearance delays

Import duties or taxes

Tariffs

Seizures by customs

Regulatory changes

Additional documents required by your country

Customs laws vary by country and often change without notice. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office to verify:

Whether the products you are ordering are allowed

Whether any permits, documents, or registrations are required

We will ship your order to the exact address you provide during checkout.

3.⁠ ⁠CUSTOMS SEIZURES & RETURNS
If Customs Officials seize or reject your package, we cannot issue a refund, as the package was shipped according to your instructions.

If you choose to pay to return the order to our facility, we can reship your package to a new address at your cost once the package is received back.

4.⁠ ⁠LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once the package leaves our warehouse, we are not liable for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Delayed packages

Damaged packages

Misdelivered packages

Any errors caused by the shipping carrier

We have no control over shipping companies once the order is in transit.

Insurance is NOT included.
Insurance can be added upon request for an extra fee.

We aim to deliver your package within 15 working days.
However, delays may occur due to:

Peak season surges

Incorrect address provided

All orders include a tracking ID.

Tracking numbers are provided automatically once your order has shipped.

7.⁠ ⁠ADDRESS ACCURACY
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
