             At The Herbal Vibe, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 100% refund on eligible orders, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.Refund Eligibility :- Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are only available before the product is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

2.No Exchanges:- Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges, Once opened, products cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable.

3.Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products:- If you receive a product that is damaged or does not meet quality expectations, please contact suppor team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Such cases will be reassessed, and if approved, store credit will be provided instead of a refund.

4.Refund Process:- Approved refunds (for eligible pre-shipment orders) will be processed to the original payment method within 2 days after verification.
